How to uninstall when you encounter problems

Note: Only do this if the Standard Uninstall Instructions have failed.

1. Download the removal tool: ImagingPVRRemovalTool.msi

2. Run the installer, Click Next then click Repair, then Repair again, it will overwrite the install of Imaging PVR. You might have to do this twice, there might be a "network error" in relation to the name of the previous installer, ignore that.

3. Uninstall Imaging PVR using the Standard Uninstall Instructions

4. Imaging PVR should now be removed. If this doesn't work Contact Imaging Intelligence.
